VERSATILE: The same unit can be used for washing, saturating and other chemical treatments such as oxidising and soaping etc. Single and double running designs with capacities from 14 to 50 metres capacity. Special units are available with internal sprays for removal of print pastes and other solids.

ENERGY CONSERVATION: Liquor temperatures up to 980C for removal of a wide range of contaminants. Sealed entry &d delivery slots maintain temperature during running. Counter flow combined with internal serpentine counter flow give the best possible liquor interchange with low water usage. Low liquor capacity quickly heats from cold or liquor change. Internal top nip rollers giving higher liquor interchange can be fitted. External heat exchange units to recover heat from the effluent.

FABRIC TENSION CONTROL: Separate motor drive to each top roller can be fitted for minimum fabric tension.

LOW MAINTENANCE: Large access doors and windows give easy threading and maintenance. Tank interior design reduces cleaning time and eliminates contamination dead spots.

ROBUST: Enclosed design fabricated in 5mm stainless steel plate. Large diameter bearings give long, economical and trouble free service at continual high processing speeds.
