Burner Technology

Parex Mather machines use two direct flame burners with a live flame impinging directly onto the fabric surface.

This is the most efficient method of singeing as well as the most economical in terms of fuel consumption.

The specially developed burner bodies with unique internal construction guarantee uniformity of the singeing flame across the full burner width. This is proven for all flame widths up to 14 metres.

The twin crossed flame effect ensures uniformity of treatment to the fabric

Each burner has controls to match the flame width to the fabric width, energy is then not wasted outside the fabric width.

Burners can be supplied for Natural Gas, LPG, Butane, Propane and Petrol ( Gasoline ) firing.
