Vas200 Saturator
Several years development in both the UK and USA, resulted in the VAS-200. The VAS-200 COMPLETELY SATURATES any fabric. The use of vacuum technology ensures ABSOLUTELY UNIFORM liquor content across the fabric width.
Advantages & Benefits
Complete penetration and saturation of all fabrics with liquor,
including hydrophobic, loom state or water repellent fibers. Uniform
impregnation across the width. There are no squeeze rolls to deflect.
Adjustable liquor pick-up from 35% to 200% depending on application.
Extremely low liquid content reduces effluent and overcomes end to end
tailing when dyeing. Will operate wet-on-wet with high liquor exchange
level. Compact design, low maintenance. Low power consumption.
